When you connect your first real device, a 14-day trial period is started. During that time, you can decide and create a subscription to pay for the screen/screens. Any additional screen you connect after you have created a subscription will start this trial period again during which you can update your existing subscription to pay for the newly connected screens.

After the trial period expires and you haven't created your subscription, the screen will be turned off and you will see a notification on your dashboard and the screen.

We use Stripe to process your payments. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your payment information is safe and secure.

Each screen connected to your account requires its own license, and you will be charged yearly/monthly (based on your subscription) for all active licenses. If you add any extra licenses, you will be charged an additional fee based on the remaining time of your subscription period. To manage the number of screens you use, you can modify your license count at any time through the billing portal of your account. If you opt for the Annual Plan, you can prepay for the entire year and add screens pro-rata anytime during the annual cycle.
